You need an account to generate. You are responsible for what happens under it, and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person per account; teams get seats on the Studio plan. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with a refund of unused paid credits where the law requires it.

Generation is metered in credits. Monthly plan credits reset each billing period and do not roll over; top-up credits never expire. Credits are debited when a generation is accepted and refunded automatically when an output fails on our side. Subscriptions renew until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

You keep ownership of what you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, of the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited license needed to run the service (store, process, and display your content back to you and to people you share it with). We do not use your uploads or outputs to train models, and we do not sell them.

Outputs generated on paid plans may be used commercially. Free-plan outputs carry a watermark and are licensed for evaluation and personal use. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe someone else's rights — upload only garments, products, and images you own or are licensed to use.

Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, that impersonates real people without consent, that sexualizes minors in any form, or that is intended to deceive (including undisclosed synthetic imagery of real events or people). We block some prompts automatically and review reports; violations can end an account.

Generative models make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, may resemble other content, and may vary between runs. Review outputs before publishing them; they are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Model availability, pricing of new credit purchases, and features may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans. We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice and a refund of unused paid credits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
