Be clear about what the customer buys

A food image can show a package, the contents or a serving suggestion. Those are different jobs. Decide which one the next asset should perform, and choose a source that establishes the actual product. A generated composition should not quietly turn a packaged item into a different portion or add contents the original does not show.

For bottles, jars and boxes, inspect the full label, cap and seal. Keep the package completely visible in the first sample. Original product photography remains the most useful reference for exact text and the condition in which the item is sold.

Make every ingredient prop intentional

A piece of fruit, a herb or a garnish may imply that it belongs in the product. Do not add those cues solely to make the scene more appealing. If a serving suggestion is appropriate, ensure the distinction is clear in the final use and that the product story remains accurate.

A restrained tabletop with soft light can provide warmth without adding ingredients. Check colors, visible contents and package proportions against the source. Strong highlights and condensation can obscure labels or suggest a serving condition that is not appropriate for the item.

Approve the facts before the appetite appeal

Read packaging text at full resolution. Look for invented wording, altered quantity indicators or decorative marks that resemble a claim. Review any visible food texture against the original rather than assuming a plausible appearance is the correct one. The image does not substantiate nutritional, health or quality claims.

For a range of products, test a representative package and keep a separate review for every variant. Similar labels are easy to confuse when the scene is consistent. Retain approved outputs, correct specific failures and keep original imagery available for the product details the generated campaign cannot reliably establish.
